Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (closed 12 noon-1p.m.)
Friday, 8 a.m. - 12 noon

• Provides access to quality, cost-effective medical services
• Services include primary care, wellness screening and education, early prevention, treatment of injury and illness
• On-site laboratory and x-ray services
• Appointments requested and are available with physician and/or physician assistant.
• Walk-in patients welcome but may have to wait
• Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances are accepted. If a patient is not covered by insurance, he/she may qualify for a sliding-scale payment.
